They aim forefront finish in the league.
From this season, Beáta Guricsné Horváth will prepare the Teener I. team of the Dunaújvárosi Kohász Handball Academy. The specialist, born in Debrecen, has been in the first league for several years, she celebrated an EHF Cup victory with the team of DVSC, but in the last decade she has been trying to help her teams from the bench. The new coach met the players for the first time on Monday, and as she revealed, serious work awaits them in the coming weeks.
"It was a long break and obviously a training plan was issued to the team members so they could do some excercises at home, but it's really been a long time since the last joint training. I took over the girls on Monday and I'm sure we have to work very hard to get into a state until the real contest begins. Everyone obviously missed the ball a lot. Now we have a little more than a month to prepare. On Friday already we are playing a training match against Ferencváros. "

As we learned, there were serious changes within the team, but the first experiences are good, everyone has thrown themselves into working together with great enthusiasm.
" This team will play in the Teener's first class, as well as the Youth second division, currently the team consists of nineteen players, but training has started for seventeen due to injuries so far. Eight players came from the U15 team, but the possibility is there for the others as well, and if there are people among the younger ones who perform good, of course we will look at them as well. The first experiences were good, the girls are very hardworking, I have already seen from the work done according to the published training plan that there will be no problem with the attitude, and even in our first joint training today they wanted to get the job done, and tried to give their best."

"I see that the work is going on at a very serious level in Dunaújváros, our teenagers are preparing to be professional players. They do their work accordingly with two trainings a day, and everything is given here to achieve our goals. The first thing is to get to know each other better that could mean that we can work together better, as far as our aim for the season is concerned, we want to be among the best teams of the leagues."
