We got our opponent in EHF Cup
Bosnian HZRK Grude or Romanian CSM Roman will be our opponent in the second round of the international competition.
The draw of international competitions was held in the headquarters of the European Handball Federation today and with finishing 4th in the last season in the Hungarian First League (NB1) our team DKKA acquired a right to join the EHF Cup in the second round.
It turned out today that Kohász is facing first with the winner of the clash between CSM Roman (BIH) and HZRK Grude (ROU) to get qualified to the 3rd round of the contest. Both the opponents participated in the cup last year as well, but the Romanians were knocked out in the second round by another Hungarian team, Fehérvár KC, while the team of Grude could not get past another Romanian team, ASC Corona Brasov.
This year according to the schedule of play the first legs are played either on 14th or 15th October, while second legs of the clashes will be held one week later.
