„ACÉL A SZÍV!”
A future twin town: Vukovar?
Marijan Pavliček, the deputy mayor of Vukovar and his delegation visited our Academy.

The guests were first received by Gábor Cserna, mayor of Dunaújváros, Dr. Dénes Galambos, parlamentarian, Attila Szepesi, deputy mayor for financial and strategic affairs and István Gombos, deputy mayor for human affairs. They have signed a Memorandum of Understanding concerning the cooperation of the two cities. The programme plan of the delegation included a visit to the local Intercisa Museum, a meeting with representatives of the University of Dunaújváros and a campus tour at the higher educational institution.
The visitors paid a visit to the Dunaújvárosi Kohász Handball Academy, too, where the executive director, István Szemenyei, the head of DKKA's office, Tibor Horváth and the club's talented left back, Camila Micijevic hosted the guests.
After a pleasant introduction the hosts shared some interesting facts about the history of the club and they also gave a brief overview about the Academy's everydays. Camilla Micijevic talked about her personal experiences. Then the guests had the opportunity to check out a training session of the adult team.
According to the feedbacks it can be stated that there is a good chance that the talks about finding further ways of cooperations will continue and sport could be one of the leading factors of the collaboration between Vukovar and Dunaújváros.
