„ACÉL A SZÍV!”
A win against the silver medalist of Denmark
On a close game Kohász won with a score of 29-27 against Odense Handbold in Viborg.
Three teams of ours arrived to Viborg to participate on the competition called "Generation Handball". Beside our first team we entered with two U19 teams to the tournament. The younger ones achieved great results so far. For our adult team after the much practice in the first days of the training camp the first match awaited our adult team as well. We started the match with the lineup: Tomasevics – Grosch, Szekerczés, Cifra, Micijevic, Szalai, Kazai and although the opponent was leading by three goals in the first half (9-6) with a tougher defence and clever attack options we turned the game, which resulted a one goal lead at halftime (13-14).
The second half started better for the opponent as well, they gained a two goal lead, but once again we managed to turn the tides. László György also tried to rotate his team. It was a well balanced game, but at the end we were happy about our two goal victory. Tomorrow we play against Silkeborg, while on Tuesday the local team Viborg HK will be our opponent.
