We begin our season against Szombathelyi KKA

This morning, the draw for the NB I for the 2020/2021 championship season was completed, so the schedule of matches became known for the adult team of the Dunaújvárosi Kohász Handball Academy.
The draw of the K&H women's handball league for the 2020/2021 season was created by the Hungarian Handball Association. DKKA will start the competition "home", in the Érd Arena, with a match against Szombathelyi KKA in the first week of September. Then, in the second and third rounds, the pupils of Attila Vágó continue away, in Székesfehérvár and then in Siófok. The tournament will consist of twenty-six rounds this year, and as it turned out from the draw, the hunting of points is finishing at the end of May 2021 with a match against Érd for the adult team of our academy.
Important that the dates only indicate the weekends assigned for the competition. The teams must agree by mid-August on the exact date and starting time of each match.

Of course we reached the head coach, Attila Vágó as well and asked him to share his thoughts on the draw:
- " I don’t attach much importance to the draw, as sooner or later we have to play with everyone anyway, I’d rather pay attention to my own team than others. I trust the girls, the team and that we will solve the tasks ahead of us successfully by giving our best. I am glad that we are starting at home and I hope as many fans as possible will help us in our temporary home in Érd!" - he told us.

2018. Feb. 03.On the clash of the two regional rivals DKKA managed to win the away match by one goal.

2018. Jan. 13.In the first half the team-play did not look well and yet being level with the opponent at halftime, the second part of the match was excellent. We gained a comfortable 11-goal victory at the end against Kecskemét.

2017. Dec. 30.Our team was beaten with seven goals 30-23 by the league leader, Ferencváros today.

2017. Nov. 19.Our photo crew has been trying to do their best to immortalize the best moments of DKKA's home games. This time they got a nice present for their persistent work, they could attend to the weekend match of men's handball team, Pick Szeged against the spanish record champion, Barcelona. Of course they needed to watch the game through the objective. The guests of Dunaújváros were nice guests at least they brought some luck, as the home team could defeat the Spaniards for the first time ever since 2008, and this means, they are still in a good position in the group 'A' of EHF Champions League.
