Akadémiánk U14-es együttese nyerte meg az év első hazai rendezésű utánpótlás tornáját a Dunaújvárosi Sportcsarnokban.
Az év első utánpótlás tornáját rendezte vasárnap a Dunaújvárosi Kohász Kézilabda Akadémia, mely ezúttal az U14-es együtteseket látta vendégül a Dunaújvárosi Sportcsarnokban. A négycsapatos viadalon az Érd és a Dabas gárdáin kívül két gárdával képviseltette magát akadémiánk, melynek U14-es és U13-as formációja is megmérette magát. Előbbiek nagyon simán, 26-16-ra hozták az Érd elleni találkozójukat, míg a fiatalabbak nagy küzdelemben szenvedtek egygólos, 11-10-es vereséget a dabasiaktól.
A harmadik helyért lejátszott mérkőzésen aztán javított U13-as gárdánk, mely 23-13-ra győzte le az érdieket, míg az U14-esek szintén jó meccset játszottak a Dabassal, s Takács Józsefné edző örömére 20-14-essikerrel szerezték meg a torna első helyét. Fiataljaink az egyéni díjak kiosztásánál is taroltak, mivel a torna gólkirálynőjének járó elismerést Váradi Hanna (DKKA U13) vehette át, a legjobb kapusnak Hódosi Kamillát (DKKA U13), míg a legjobb játékosnak Gál Borbálát (DKKA U14) választották.

DKKA U13 – Dabas 10-11 (8-6)
3. helyért
DKKA U13 – Érd 23-13 (14-6)
1. helyért

2017. Nov. 19.Our photo crew has been trying to do their best to immortalize the best moments of DKKA's home games. This time they got a nice present for their persistent work, they could attend to the weekend match of men's handball team, Pick Szeged against the spanish record champion, Barcelona. Of course they needed to watch the game through the objective. The guests of Dunaújváros were nice guests at least they brought some luck, as the home team could defeat the Spaniards for the first time ever since 2008, and this means, they are still in a good position in the group 'A' of EHF Champions League.

Danish triumph at the arena today
2017. Nov. 18.After a one-goal defeat in Denmark we have lost our home game as well against Koebenhavn, that means that DKKA has been eliminated from the EHF Cup.

2017. Nov. 11.A nice performance from the team, they had the lead most of the time throughout the game, but in the last minutes the Danish team was more precise at finishing.

2017. Nov. 08.During the first half there were some problems with the defending, but after the halftime the team took a jump start. With this victory the team got qualified to the fourth round of Hungarian Cup.
