U18-asaink lejátszották a bajnokságot megelőző utolsó edzőmérkőzéseiket Siófokon.
A nyári munka zárásaként két mérkőzést is játszottak a siófokiakkal Virág Roland fiataljai, s mindkét találkozókon nagyarányú győzelmeket arattak a lányok ellenfelük felett. A csapat jövő csütörtökön idegenben a Győri Audi ETO KC ellen kezdi meg a bajnoki küzdelmeket az U18 I. osztály nyugati csoportjában.
Virág Roland: "A másodosztályban induló ellenfelünk ellen két mérkőzésen is tudtunk még gyakorolni a bajnoki kezdésre. Bár nagyarányú győzelmeket arattunk, bizonyos helyzetekben élesednie kell a csapatnak ahhoz, hogy a céljainkat el tudjuk érni. Gratulálok a "katonáimnak", rengeteget dolgoztak az elmúlt egy hónap során, és szépen látszik a fejlődés is."
