„ACÉL A SZÍV!”
A great start of the season
A confident 33-22 victory against Budaörs on the first match of the season 2017/2018.
We could play the season opening in front of a large crowd. Although the coach of Budaörs has admitted in a pre-match interview that at the home field of Kohász they are not the favourites, we needed to take into consideration that our current opponent managed to strenghten its team well during the summer. Also the two sides had a pre-season match not long ago at the Kohász Cup which ended as a draw. This time we had to take two points, which we could tell looking at the Kohász girls, they seemed motivated before the game. Luickily they could stay montivated throughout the game. Although in the first half Budaörs could keep up with us, in the second one it was clear that DKKA is the better side on the court. Our only concern is that Katrin Klujber had suffered a slight concussion after a collison.
