Triscsuk Krisztina explained that she is glad to return to Dunaújváros as for her it is a challege to play for a team where the average age can be considered as quite low, so she can help with her skills and experience. She liked the short and long-term plans of the team, which also brings opportunities for even after giving up with her playing career. "It is not an unknown community for me, I came back to a family. Kohász focuses mostly on young local players which I find appealing. I had the opportunity to play together with Ferenczy Fruzsina, Szalai Babettel and Nick Viktória earlier" – she added.
The excellent left-back Triscsuk Krisztina has been a member of the team of Dunaújváros that won the EHF Cup three year ago scoring 11 goals in the final against TuS Metzingen from Germany. In the very next year she signed for Siófok and become the top scorer of the league. Then she first moved to Kisvárda where she was the most efficient player of her team. She joins us from Thüringer HC, Germany. In 2012 she was part of the bronze medalist Hungarian national handball team at the EHF Euro Championship.
When asked about possible national team callups she politely mentioned that she is no chicken, but of course if based her performance she will be asked to join the team, of course she will not refuse the opportunity. Mátéfi Eszter emphasized that Krisztina is a pure professional player, who does a lot to keep fit and come up with the best performance on the court, she pays a lot of attention to rehabilitation and condition. She also pointed out that young players at Kohász need role models, and Krisztina is the right person for the job, she literally fights until her last breath and this attitude is loved by the supporters as well.
After the final match of the season against Érd we said farewell to several players who leave our team: Cifra Anita, Csapó Kincső, Dombi Luca, Monori Orsolya, Katarina Tomasevic and Vártok Ramóna will not start the next season with us, also Ramóna's father, Vártok Ákos, goalkeepers' coach continues elsewhere.
Our professional vice-director also confirmed that DKKA's other foreign player, Camila Micievic left-back will be out of action for quite a long time. On the other hand good news is that beside Triscsuk Krisztina also Zeljana Stojak (CRO) goalkeeper and Itana Cavlovic (MNE) pivot arrives as a reinforcement for the upcoming season. Zeljana arrives from the team of Besancon, France, while Itana is a domestic player of Podgorica, but she joins from the Turkish team Zagnosspor, We count her in defending as well.
