„ACÉL A SZÍV!”
Awesome victory!
With some nice team performance our first team defeted Érd at home. It's a long-awaited triumph!
We played our first away match in Érd, and as it is known, in 24 hours another clash awaits us in Siófok. The odds were on the favour of the home team, but we hoped that we could play a good game with the hosts.
Érd started it better, the first three attacks were stopped by the home team, and they got two goals in attack. We did not want to stay behind, Grosch, Sirián and Kazai kept us close (4-3). Our players played bravely and got more and more precise, they scored three goals in a row and got the lead in the 13th minute (6-7). We could not be too much enthusiastic about it, as some mistakes resulted that Érd turned the score. György László called a timeout. Although the hosts scored the next goal, our girls did as good as they can, Csapó saved two shots, then Szekerczés, Sirián and Mihály hit the net. DKKA managed to level the score and thanks to Braun we got back the lead as well. The score was 15-15 at halfway through.
The beginning of the second half started well for our girls, for the first time during the match they were up by two (17-19). Érd managed to come back on us, but we could get away a bit again. And when Triscsuk scored her fifth goal, Szabó Edina, the opponent's coach needed to invite hers to the sideline (20-23). Érd did not give it up for a second and after a good period they made our coach to change something. After the short break our defending got tough again while our attackers' balls did find their way into Janurik's goal. In the 52nd minute our girls started to believe that the magic can happen (22-25). A suspension and a 7m shot for the home team gave them hope, but Bouti scored two very quickly one after the other that seemed to decide the fate of the two points.(23-27). The hosts had a well-played final part of the game, but this time it was not enough, Kohász gained and excellent victory in Érd.
