„ACÉL A SZÍV!”
We were finally able to meet! Everyone is healthy, the work can start!
Now the full staff of DKKA appeared on Monday morning at the professional meeting that prepares the next season, to which the captain of the team, Babai Szalai, was also invited. Of course, everyone followed the emergency rules.
We already reported last week that our new management had started preparing for next season, but then only a few staff membert of our adult team joined. the short consultation that time
Following the national easing of the coronavirus measurement, adult and junior coaches, physical and fitness professionals, and sports staff working alongside the team were also able to attend the first real staff meeting. Gábor Mátyás, the managing director of DKKA, introduced all the members of the new management and presented the results of the background work of the two months ever since they joined the team in March. On behalf of the owner - the Municipality of Dunaújváros - Mátyás Motyovszki, a member of the Youth, Sports and Tourism Committee assured all DKKA employees of the city's support.
The colleagues already know where to play next season’s home games!
Extraordinally, two players of our adult team, Babett Szalai and Beatrix Molnár, were also present at the professional meeting. While “Babi” represented the players, “Kicsi” was invited as a youth coach. The new professional managementalso considers the opinion of the players to be very important, believing, as they emphasized, “the whole production is about them”.
In addition to our manager, Attila Gurics, the new coach of our team, Attila Vágó, also introduced the attendees to the new ideas and plans. It has been said that the club will announce the arrival of 4 more players soon. Also one of the most important questions will be answered in a little while as we are aware that our fans really want to know the location of next season's home matches.
Babett Szalai: - "On behalf of the adult team, I was able to take part in Monday's personal meeting, where a lot of professional and economic issues were mentioned that we, the players, have never been able to know before. But we also discussed the importance of media, marketing and PR related ideas. I have personally experienced how many people are working to successfully start this odd but very interestig season. Personally, I like very much the idea and attitude of the management. If all is true, we will be organizing a meeting with the girls soon where we will be able to get to know each other better as there will be a lot of new faces in the team. I’m really looking forward to the start of the preparation, I’m - as always - very positive. Fortunately, our club is excellent place to achieve both our personal and team goals. ”
