„ACÉL A SZÍV!”
All conditions are given for development
Our new singning, Moutsogianni Theodóra, is not unknown to the people of Dunaújváros, as we are talking about oa homegrown player, who has now decided to return home.
It is now the seventh part of our series introducing our new players, an old-new Academician, Theodóra Moutsogianni responded to our questions. The young player was developing at DKKA until the year of 2018, when she decided to try herself elsewhere. We asked her about the return and the experience she had gained.
- How much do you feel that being away for a while at other teams has helped your development?
“I think I really needed this experience, both on and off the field. Of course, at first it was a strange feeling not to play in a Kohász jersey, but I was very interested in how I could identify with other clubs. Overall, I look back positively on the past period, but I’m very happy to be home again."
- What supported your decision to return to Dunaújváros?
“One of the most important factors for me was that I feel like I’ve been back to a club where they trust me or want to build on me and see the opportunity in me. Of course, I think every player looks at their former youth team with a slightly different eye, which is no different for me. I have always loved to play in Dunaújváros so I was happy to return.

"After two weeks, how do you see the current team?"
“Personally, I for me getting adapted was a little easier thing to do, as as a returnee I already knew many of the girls who used to be my teammates. I know from my own experience that anyone who signs for DKKA will not feel like an outsider not even for a second, as that community, the girls playing here have always been very inclusive, so it was no surprise to me that I immediately felt at home again. I think that the team building of Bogács was very useful before the training period started, it made our job easier, because we got to know each other better, so we were able to focus on the work right away at the beginning of the next week.
- What are the personal goals set by you for the season?
- For me, the main goal for next season is to make the team as effective as possible, and one of my personal goals is to help the team by giving my bestt, both in attack and defense. I want to improve in many ways and I think here in Dunaújváros the possibilities and circumstances are perfectly given for this.
