„ACÉL A SZÍV!”
Training matches to stay in shape
The adults play three training matches within a week.
The first team of DKKA already played the first meeting of these, as the Kohász Girls were the guests of Alba Fehérvár KC from 6 pm this afternoon. Leading almost all the way through, we finally got a two-goal, 26-24 victory against the home team. Let us highlight the performance of our two young players, Panna Borgyos and Johanna Farkas, who scored 6-6 goals, also Petra Hlogyik contributed greatly to the good result, as she let only 9 goals in during her time in front of the goal in the second half.
The team again missed the Slovenian international, Dominika Mrmolja who is currently at the World Cup, and the injured ones; Gréta Horváth and Jana Šustková. Tímea Polics was missing too. This time Anita Bulath could only help her teammates from the bench. After the final whistle, she happily told us that she saw a good-paced, balanced performance on the court from the girls. In these meetings, the primary goal is to clarify the moves in attack and, as the internal positions are currently incomplete, the it was important to practice the different positions.
Ours will play two more matches next week, on Tuesday we will host the Hungarian women's junior national team, while next Friday the Motherson Mosonmagyaróvár KC will visit Dunaújváros for a rematch. The meetings are scheduled to take place behind closed doors.
