After a close game a defeat in the final stage
Kohász did not find any antidote to the massive defense of the home team, so unfortunately we are leaving Kisvárda without a point.
Adult team of our academy continued the championship fights in the home of Kisvárda, and our situation was still not ideal due to his recent injuries and illnesses. Our association still lacked the presence of our two international backs, Dominika Mrmolja and Jana Šustková, and the team could not count on Viktória Nick and Gréta Horváth either, however, the goal, of course, was to get the two points from our opponent.
Ours started the match well, we were leading to 4-1 then to 8-4, but towards the end of the half Kisvárda vanished the difference between the teams. After 30 mins 13-13 stood on the scoreboard.
The opponent put together the defending for the second half, while we struggled to break though their wall in front of the goal. The teams were neck in neck until the final 10 minutes of the game, when Kisvárda seemed to find another shift on the gauge, and with a 4-0 run they won the match. We had a huge chance to climb up on the league table, but unfortunately we could not take it this time.
