„ACÉL A SZÍV!”
Cooperation agreement with DVSC
Besides to cooperate more closely the team of Debrecen also decided about loaning several players to Dunaújváros.
Today, a Kohász delegation traveled to Debrecen. Beside Csaba Vertig, executive director Anita Bulath, the professional director of our academy took part in the press conference of the local team. Debrecen was not unknown to the latter, as Buli had previously strengthened DVSC as a player.
Our professional director, together with Zsolt Ábrók, the managing director of DVSC Kézilabda Kft. signed the contract between the clubs. Based on the agreement, DVSC Schaeffler's young players who do not get enough minutes to play in their parent association will have the opportunity to join our association on loan to develop further here in Dunaújváros.
Zsolt Ábrók emphasized that it was important for every club to make decisions that would lay the foundations for its future, and the agreement concluded with the Dunaújvárosi Kohász Handball Academy was made in the spirit of this principle. The managing director of DVSC Kézilabda Kft. took the case of Panna Borgyos as an example, as thanks to her our team already has a very good young player here. According to the professional, the agreement paved the way for both clubs and it will bring benefits to each parties.
"If we are counting on a player in the long run, in the first frame, if she doesn't play enough with us yet, she will have the opportunity to go to a first-class club, where she will be developed and trained" – explained the Zsolt Ábrók.
“This is a very big opportunity for us that is perhaps unprecedented in the Hungarian first league” – said Anita Bulath, DKKA’s professional director. – Those who come to us will be given the opportunity to develop, as as they arrive to positions where they will have big roles. I think that the players, the clubs and the whole Hungarian handball can benefit from this. The relationship is also good among the fans, I remember when we won the EHF Cup, a lot of people came to Debrecen to support us. Hopefully the relationship between the two clubs will be long term! ”
In addition to Panna Borgyos, two more players from Debrecen will be part of the first team of DKKA next year
The agreement is not only intended to strengthen the close cooperation of the two clubs, but it has also been decided that the number of loan players from Debrecen will increase to three from this summer. Panna Borgyos is already present and she will remain at the clubs disposal, beside her two more young talents, Rebeka Arany and Luca Poczetnyik, will join us for the upcoming season.
