„ACÉL A SZÍV!”
Petra Horváth in DKKA
The left-back switches the jersey of Szombathely to the one of DKKA for the 2022/2023 season.
The adult team of our academy strengthened its player frame for 2022/2023 with another shooter. We agreed with 25-year-old left-back, Petra Horváth to continue her career in Dunaújváros. The well-talented handball player spent most of her youth career in Győr, she signed then to Mosonmagyaróvári KC in 2015, and this was when she could play for the first time in the Hungarian First League (NB I). In 2017 she switched to Szombathely and soon she became a regular player of the team fighting for promotion in NB I/B at the time. SZKKA managed to get promoted in 2019, Petra followed them there as well, scoring 38 goals in 18 matches in her very first complete season in NB I, Last year and the season before she hit the net of the opponents 65-65 times.
Perhaps our supporters also remember Petra Horváth, because during the last league meeting of the two teams she saddened us with a great game, scoring six goals in Dunaújváros. We hope she could save her form for the next season as well, and she will help us with great games and goals.
